The Russian Cultural Center, which was opened in Bethlehem in 2012, is the first scientific-cultural representation of the Russian Federation in Palestine. Its building includes an exhibition hall, rooms for teaching the Russian language, a library, a ballroom, as well as a music and cinema hall.
